Just one thing, in the hacking section you say that hacking oxygen isn't practical but it's a good way to kill crewmember without use of Boarding / Fire.

Cloak. They are enough to destroy your shields and destroy almost every single system of your ship. Be very careful about it. Also, it will start sending you boarding crew. Kill it. You should also have a couple of optional systems of some sort to make the battle easier. Your weapons should be able to reliably deal with four layers of shields.
